Hi, my name is Baby Jessi.

I enjoy working at the intersection of user research, strategy, and innovation. Focusing on helping organizations move from uncertainty to validated opportunity. That includes everything from understanding complex operational systems to exploring new markets to building the internal capabilities required to innovate with improved efficiency.

My style is driven by three principles: start by understanding context before before designing the solution, validate ideas early and often, and efficiency through enablement and education.

Beyond design, I advocate for and champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives with the goal of making the workplace safe and comfortable.

Regardless of my current task, my goal is to always work towards building confidence in knowledge, learnings, and capabilities.
